Synopsis

Neo-Tokyo is not a war--but one would never know it from the battles that rage in the city. There is the Colonel, fighting for the lives of Chiyoko and Kiyoko. There is Tetsuo, facing off against the foreign warships positioned ominously off the coast. And there is the army of the Emperor Akira, marching on the temple of Lady Miyako, setting brother against brother in a conflict that looses the shattered city's hold on survival...and sends it spiraling down into a dark night of slaughter.
